Who We Are

Grace Ventura’s Pet Care Services is a family-run business ran by sisters, Elle and Lois. Their mission is to provide reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate care for your beloved pets, ensuring every furry family member feels content, comfortable and loved.

At Grace Ventura’s Pet Care Services, both Elle and Lois bring extensive knowledge and experience from the animal world. As dedicated animal lovers, they are passionate about providing professional and enriching pet care, where welfare is always the top priority.

At GVPCS we use only kind, ethical, and reward-based handling techniques to ensure every pet feels safe & happy.

Meet the Team

  • Elle

    Elle is the founder/owner of GVPCS.

    She set up the business part-time back in 2019 whilst studying at university and has been running the business full-time since 2021.

    Elle holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Animal Behaviour and established Grace Ventura’s Pet Care Services back in 2019. From a young age, Elle has always had a strong passion for both domestic and exotic species and has worked and volunteered within pet shops, wildlife parks and veterinary practices. She shares her home alongside her four dogs, guinea pigs and corn snake and is a huge advocate for animal welfare and wellbeing.

  • Lois

    Lois has been a full-time member of the Grace Ventura’s Team since January 2022.

    Just like Elle, Lois has always been incredibly passionate about the animal world- particularly horses & Dogs. She also has worked within pet shops and even gets hands-on at the farm bottle feeding lambs when needed!

    Lois has gained a range of qualifications and completed specialist courses in both equine and canine fields, including Canine Body Language with the IMDT and graduating from The British Racing School.

    Lois shares her home with many pets including a pony, a greyhound, working Collies & 2 Axolotls.
